See your progress, not just your effort
Track your weight trend, workouts, streaks and muscle recovery so you know your training is working.
- Weight log with a trend chart
- Workouts, minutes and weekly streaks
- Full workout history
- Muscle-recovery map after every workout

What you can track
- Weight: log it in a few seconds; a chart shows your trend against your goal weight.
- Workouts and minutes: how many sessions and how much time you have trained.
- Streaks: how many weeks in a row you have hit your plan.
- History: every completed workout.
- Muscle recovery: a body map shows which muscles you worked in the last 48 hours and how recovered they are.
How to read your weight trend
Daily weight jumps up and down with water and food. Weigh yourself in the morning, a few times a week, and look at the trend over 2–3 weeks rather than single days. If it is not moving the way you want after 3 weeks, adjust your calories by 100–200; our calorie calculator shows your targets.
Why the recovery map matters
Muscles get stronger while they recover. Training the same area hard every day slows progress. The map helps you see when to train something else or take an easier day.
