These Terms of Use govern your use of the MuscleOG website, quiz and app. MuscleOG is operated by [COMPANY_NAME] (company number [COMPANY_NUMBER]), [COMPANY_ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By using MuscleOG or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

Your subscription

Plans are subscriptions. You pay the introductory price shown at checkout for the first period. Unless you cancel, the subscription then renews automatically at the regular price shown at checkout, for the same period length, and your payment method is charged at the start of each new period. We email you 3 days before the introductory period ends, and before every renewal if you turn reminders on.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account (app → Account → Cancel subscription) or by emailing support@muscleog.com. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged for it. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Your first payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, see the Refund Policy. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we try again after 1, 2 and 4 days. Access continues for 3 days after a failed payment; if no payment succeeds the subscription ends.

AI-generated images

All people, bodies and "before and after" transformations shown on the MuscleOG website, quiz and checkout are AI-generated illustrations. They are not photos of real customers and do not show actual results. Individual results depend on age, starting point, health, consistency and nutrition. We do not promise any specific result.

MuscleOG provides general fitness information and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.

Governing law
