30-day money-back guarantee
We believe your plan can work for you. If you follow it and don't see visible results, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of buying.
Who qualifies
- You ask within 30 days of your first payment.
- You followed the plan: workouts completed in the app on at least 7 different days within those 30 days. The app records this automatically, so you don't need to send anything.
If the app or your plan does not work as described (for example a technical fault you reported to us), we refund regardless of these conditions. Your statutory rights, such as the right to withdraw where it applies, are not affected.
How to request
In the app go to Account → Request a refund, or email support@muscleog.com from the address you used to buy. We confirm by email; the money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days. When the refund is made, your plan ends.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. We email you before your introductory period ends, so you can cancel in time; you can also turn on reminders before every renewal.
